The Five Dock Martial Arts is a branch Family Self Defence Academy located at 14/118 Queens Rd, Five Dock.
At our Five Dock Martial Arts we teach children from 3 yrs, Teens and Adults.
Unlike other clubs, which mix too many students together from all ages, Our instructors are proud to give our members age specific programs and a chance to improve their overall well-being with a more personal interaction. Our instructors don’t allow too many students in one class.
Our instructor to student ratio starts from 1 instructor to 5 students.
